Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, company, event date, event address and event details when you fill out a form, call, text or email us.
- Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
- Website usage: pages visited, device and browser type, and similar data collected through cookies and analytics and advertising tags such as Google Analytics and Google Ads.
How we use your information
- To prepare estimates, confirm bookings and deliver your event.
- To send estimates, invoices, payment links, reminders and event updates by email and, if you opt in, by text message.
- To answer your questions and provide customer support.
- To improve our website and advertising.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our CRM and messaging platform, our payment processor (Stripe) and our website and analytics providers, and only as needed to provide our services. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you check the SMS consent box on our booking form, we will text you about your estimate and booking, including reminders and occasional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.

Your choices
- Opt out of texts by replying STOP.
- Opt out of marketing emails with the unsubscribe link in any email.
- Opt out of targeted advertising on our Your Privacy Choices page (https://mrcaddie.events/privacy-choices). We honor the Global Privacy Control signal.
- To access, correct or delete your information, email info@mrcaddie.events with "privacy request" in the subject.
Data security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
