More than 14 days before event:  Full refund minus a $50 admin fee.

7–14 days before event:  50% refund of deposit.

Less than 7 days:  No refund. Credit toward a future booking within 90 days may be offered at Mr. Caddie Events' discretion.

No-shows:  No refund, no credit.

For outdoor setups: if severe weather (thunderstorms, high winds 30+ mph, or extreme temperatures) makes safe operation impossible, Mr. Caddie Events will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost. The call is made no later than 4 hours before the event start time.

Light rain with a covered/tented area is typically fine — we'll coordinate with you.

The client is responsible for providing a safe, suitable environment for the simulator (adequate space, stable flooring, power access). Mr. Caddie Events is not liable for injuries resulting from misuse of equipment. Damage to Mr. Caddie Events equipment caused by negligence or intentional misuse will be billed to the client at replacement cost.

Mr. Caddie Events carries general liability insurance for all events.

Mr. Caddie Events may capture photos or video during your event for use in marketing, social media, and promotional materials. If you prefer to opt out, let us know at least 48 hours before the event and we'll make sure no content is captured.
